Greetings Bigger Pockets Community!

Looking for some pointers & advices. Currently 23 years old and looking into Commercial Real Estate. I know they're multiple ways to get into commercial real estate, however my questions is, what would you do differently if you had to start over but keep the knowledge you have now? A bit of a broad question but curious to see some responses from some seasoned investors and those who are successful in Commercial Real Estate.
