How do you track down address of a business owner?

Question

Im interested in purchasing a specific franchise however it's too expensive to open one, instead it's cheaper if you buy it off an existing franchisee. I was able to look up the property information on my county assessor website, however it does not provide the business owners home address anywhere. What is a good method of tracking them down so I can send them some yellow letters? thanks!

I have a investor that is looking to buy a existing Tim Horton's and they would like for me to find a seller who is welling to sell  their existing store. I am having a hard time connecting with the franchise owner? The taxes are listed in the franchise name . Do you have any suggestions?

3. Call, mail, or email them many times to get their attention.

Have you contacted Tim Horton's corporate HQ and asked for a list of owners in your target area?   You will be surprised at the information you can get just by asking nicely.

I use Property Pro to get the address where the taxes are mailed.  You can also use corporation wiki or the Sec of State website to see if they used their home address when incorporating.
