 I'd define it as any tenant who has their solvency, financial strength rated by a third party (Standard, Moodys, etc.) Doesn't have to be publicly traded, doesn't have to national per se.

Its loosely thrown around though for super strong regionals who may provide audited financials, etc. They will have lower risks, but there is still a degree of risk within all credit tenants. Starbucks is different than Tmobile...
