My wife and I are new to investing. We do, however, have a Commercial Property in NW Alabama and we've decided it's time to test the waters and list. Anyone know a great Commercial R.E. agent that represents Alabama? Or, any investors out there looking for a great, affordable property? No appraisal or inspection, property to be sold as is.
