Program for analyzing commercial deals?
Hi! We are finding Pro Analyst to be clunky and not intuitive at all. Are there other programs you recommend for analyzing commercial deals? Thanks!

Checkout adventuresincre.com I took a model of theirs that seemed relevant and fairly clean. The key though is having good assumptions on things like rent, expenses, costs, exit cap, etc. Garbage in garbage out. The models will give you IRR and coc which you can then compare to the market averages
