HST on commercial property - Ontario

Hi all,

I’m looking at purchasing a property that has a commercial space on the main floor and residential units on the second floor.

My agent was asking me to check with my lawyer if I ‘d need to pay HST on top of the listing price. 
While I’m waiting to hear from my lawyer, I thought of checking here first.

The property is located in Ontario, Canada.
