It looks like you are in California - are you looking/needing a commercial lender that is physically located near Little Rock, or just a commercial lender that is licensed and does business in that market? There can be some advantages for sure of going with a local bank, but you are cutting a lot of options off the table if you aren't considering national lending platforms
