Hi All, 

I have an opportunity to purchase an assisted living local to me in NH. I have ZERO experience in this, but I own property in the town that it is located, and I am definitely interested in this idea. Would love to chat with someone who owns a few of them and has experience in buying the business its self!

I would not do it. I was general counsel for a regional senior living operator (AL and memory care). Its a very costly, highly regulated business.
