Best resources to build understanding of storage units?

Hey guys, I've been trying to explore more into the commercial side of Real estate (with an emphasis on storage units) and I have noticed that there are far fewer resources to learn about the commercial side vs residential when it comes to books, podcasts, etc. I don't want to jump in and try to invest in commercial before I have some understanding of these topics.

What resources did everyone find most helpful when it came to learning more about storage units or commercial investing in general?

Hi @Michael Mackney! You got some great advice. I definitely recommend Storage Rebellion and AJ Osborne's book. BiggerPockets also published a book on Self-Storage Investing

I also recommed that you study any and all posts by @Henry Clark. He gives a goldmine of free advice on these forums as he did to you above. Scott Meyers has some great training as I learned the business from him. Good luck and happy investing!
