Self storage pro forma needed
Hello BP community, I was hoping someone had a self-storage pro forma laying around that they could share. I'd like to start performing deal analysis on self-storage properties near me, and any advice related to the asset type is also greatly appreciated. The value add opportunities with this asset class seem to be endless.
