Self Storage - How are people finding locations to invest
I'm starting to set up my framework in order to be able to buy my first Self Storage property in the next 3-5 years. I'm curious how people are finding locations to invest in self storage. I personally see housing density as a good indicator for more self storage because people don't have the space for all of their things.
Curious what others think about this.
