Hi, everyone! I currently own two SFH rentals, and my partner & I are looking to break into the world of Self Storage. Currently looking for 30,00 - 60,000 sq ft facilities in the Nashua/Manchester NH area. Any advice on investing in the NH market? I'd encourage you to network with other storage operators and consider a partnership on your first deal to learn.
