Looking to build a team in St. Louis

I'm currently in Seattle but looking to purchase a mini storage facility + warehouse near St. Louis. Ready to send an LOI. I'm new to the commercial RE world and I would really like some guidance through this first deal.

Any recommendations for local commercial real estate attorneys? 

And what about lenders and CPAs familiar with self storage?
