The Hickory-Lenoir-Morganton, NC, commercial real estate market is stronger than the overall U.S. market because it's close to Charlotte. Charlotte ranks second among large markets in projections for both home value growth and growth in owner-occupied households. I have lots of clients how getting outpriced in the CLT market and moving to Hickory NC; this helps the future commercial real estate market in Hickory.
