New to BiggerPockets
New wholesaler in the Riverside/San Bernardino County. Excited to start my journey in the real estate investing market. Currently have different marketing campaigns simultaneously running but yet to come across a good deal. Currently have a vacant commercially zoned land in Ontario, CA that could potentially be a good one but just lack directions as to how to get it done or find buyers for this specific one.
