Adventures in CRE has all sorts of good underwriting models.
That being said, "analyze retail space or shopping center" isn't very specific. Adventures in CRE has good financial models, which I assume you are talking about.
There are a lot of "analyses" you can do. Void analysis, demand analysis, retail sales analysis, etc.
