How do I pitch Luxury apartment boards and Property Managers

Question

I’m working on a new lucrative business which involves adding an amenity to luxury apartment buildings or A-class apartment buildings but I’ve only worked with SFR and multi family building data.

How do I get in front of the decision makers of these buildings? Or pull a list of these companies? Start cold calling. Or do I have to network my way into the door?

@Sardar Khan if this is a service based bisuiness and not something you need to physically alter the property for I'd think your target "market" are property managers at those kind of locations.  If that is the case the best way in the door is probably to walk into the leasing office, bring a gift basket or something, and stay in front of the managers and leasing team in those buildings.

If you need to alter the building or "move into" the building to perform this business then you'll likely still need to get in the door in the same way but you'll likely need to go "up" the chain to ownership.  But regardless you are going to want the manager of the building to be singing your graces so I think the first step is the same regardless.
