Lender for a mixed use property

Neal Rosenshein
Posted

We're looking for a lender that handles mixed-use properties (conventional, DSCR, etc.) at $100K or less. We're trying to acquire an SFH in Cleveland with a commercially zoned storefront. Any help is appreciated.

For smaller loans like that, regional banks and credit unions are often the best fit. Check local to you. Good luck. :)
