proforma for Flex Industrial development
I have 6 acres under contract to develop a flex business park. I have done different developments in the past, but do not have a proforma to fit the type of rent/construction for flex space. Each deal is so different that its tough to tweak the proformas i do have.
Is there someone that has a proforma they'd be willing to share or somewhere to buy one? This is a ground up development with shallow and larger bay flex space.
