Commercial building and small shop
I'm helping my mom sell a commercial property in Kent Washington. My friend has it listed currently on nwmls but no offers after a month on the market so far. We talked yesterday about opening up to owner financing the deal. First time posting here. Long time follower of BP. Any advice to help with this venture would be greatly appreciated!
