@Isaiah Murray, what commercial real estate exam are you talking about? In Ohio, there is no designation between residential and commercial.
If New York is anything like Ohio, it isn't just passing an exam, but there is a requisite curriculum that needs to be completed before you are allowed to sit for any real estate license exam.
