Are tiny homes profitable?

Hello everyone! Has anybody ever invested Into Amazon's tiny 400-800 sq ft homes? Where i live we had a huge oilfield boom causing rent and the demand for housing to skyrocket. I have an idea to buy land close to oilfield sites and putting 5 or more of these houses there. The AVG rent here is about $1,500 but because these houses are so affordable I can still cash flow from only charging $900-$1000.

@Isaiah Carrasco I've seen it work in other mobile home parks which are established and are using smaller lots which are unused. Though, these types of parks tend to be closer in to the city which makes it easier in terms of marketing for future residents. Hope that helps!
