Self Storage- Greece anyone?????

Question

Will be traveling through Greece for 9 days. First time. Looking forward to it. All I can think of is Gyros and Baklava, but they might not even be Greek. Luckily, I love olives and Chevon so should find something I like. Self-storage was great this year. All locations pretty well stabilize with Occupancy rates, Loan terms, Property taxes, and Insurance.

Anyone in Greece interested in Self Storage, glad to discuss and have couple shots of Ouzo with you.

Last day in Greece.  With a group of 6 wasn’t able to check out RE like I normally would.  Great thing about Greece is they teach English in school and most people speak it.

Stayed at a resort hotel the last day. Saunas later.

The group had a lot of fun. OPA.

Did the ferry to Mykonos for 3 days.  Headed to Santorini today. About 2 weeks early for busy tourist season. But most things open and not tons of tourist which is great.

7am our time. 11 pm in Iowa our town.   Got system alarms at one of our storage locations.  Looked on camera systems 1/2 world away someone parked inside.  Called local police.  Watched on the cameras as they arrested him.  One of our tenants fell asleep in his truck.  Was high on meth so they took him in.  Actually a nice guy and long term tenant but has had legal problems before.  Alarm and camera system really work great.  Opened gate remotely for the officers to access.

Acropolis and Parthenon was great. Sicily at Agripento is about 10 times larger. But still everything was great.

They actually do have Greek Salad and Greek yogurt here. Plus Taziki sauce.

No contacts in Athens.  Walking the city and talking with our food guide there is only street parking in Athens. Only saw maybe 4 individual car parking spots.  No garage parking in the areas we went.

If you’re looking for great local food this restaurant was the best.   About 5 blocks from the Acropolis.   Non tourist, local neighborhood.
