So I own 4 rental properties and we have a large sum of equity in them and a couple of them paid off. They're all just single family homes and I'm eyeing 4 duplexes that are already cash flowing. I'm interested in knowing what should I do to purchase it without using my own money and buy it with the equity that we've built up the past 18 years? Any thoughts on how we could get creative without using a local bank? I'm open to investor firms as well. Just didn't know which ones to stay away from and which ones are legitimate companies to work with.
