First-Time Self‑Storage Buyer Looking for Opportunities
Hello! I am currently looking to purchase my first self-storage facility or boat/rv storage. I'm located in Florida and would prefer to purchase here. I know Florida is a tough market, however I do see lots of listings in very small rural towns. I have a small amount for a down payment and will most likely be using SBA for the rest. I would love to connect with anyone interested and open to all input and recommendations!

If I were you, I would first invest in learning about underwriting a self stoage facility and understand the factors like location, environmental study, competition, rate wars, evictions etc. SBA loan comes with huge responsibility.
