Hey everyone, I’m a cybersecurity professional based in New York (Canadian ex-pat), currently looking to break into commercial real estate with a focus on self-storage in South Florida.
I have capital ready to deploy (~$50K), and while I’m early in my investing journey, I’m actively growing my available capital and looking to get involved in the right opportunity.
