Introduction to Argus

Hey everyone — quick question on getting started with ARGUS. I’m an accounting grad from Catholic University and currently working at EY in DC. I’ve also been investing in residential real estate (currently house hacking in DC) and I’m looking to eventually move into commercial real estate on the acquisitions/investment side. I know I need ti get exposure to ARGUS for CRE roles and want to start learning it on my own. For those in the industry — what’s the best way to get practical experience with ARGUS outside of a firm? Any courses, resources, or tips that actually helped you get comfortable with it?
