Self Storage Software/Access Discussion
Self storage investors, I am doing a bit of research on this specific asset class for an endeavor I am pursuing. I am curious what property management software as well as what specific access control systems you seem to like for your self storage complexes? It would help if I could get a gauge of what software and systems are better for smaller complexes, rural complexes, all the way through larger more robust ones. I'm talking about not only the pm system but locks, cameras, entry access etc.. Of course I can Google/AI all of this and I have but nothing beats first hand EXPERIENCED knowledge and discussion/debates (whole point of this right?) Thanks!
