Self Storage- Deal 21 Way outside our 40 mile radius

Being active, even though retiring, we get lots of calls and contacts.  Had a deal come through that has me excited but it is about 1,000 miles away and we stay within 40 miles.  Otherwise, we would be doing Self storage all over the United States.  There is never enough self-storage.

Luckily, we have several relatives in the area and they are interested.  Have the finances and background to look at.  This is still in the process of being listed.  What is great to me on this deal is the land cost is almost worth the asking price.  Has land to grow and existing buildings.  If they decide to invest, will guide them thru both the analysis, deal making and operations.  Already did the customer market and Competition analysis and is in a great location.

If they move forward and secure the deal, will add details.

Key point- If your active in the market, deals just naturally flow your way.
