I am beginning a Marketing Campaign for Off Market Commercial Properties.  What are some effective strategies to use to attract Commercial Property Buyers?  Mailers?  Craigslist?

One great place I know of is the BP Marketplace! If the deal is a great one, you'll find a buyer!
