NNN investing in IL or WA
would like to invest in NNN in either IL or WA with a partner. what are good opportunities for 250-300k of investment and using that as the leverage. Any advice and/or personal experience details would be greatly appreciated.
Also, will this investment and assuming thou gs work out, would it give a 10K+ monthly income in 10-15 years? Any back of the envelope advice would be awesome? Thanks!
