Assisted Living Facilities - 10-30 bed current owners

I am currently rehabbing a 12 bed Adult Care Living facility and looking to talk with anyone that currently owns these in the 10-30 bed range.  I am located in Florida and would prefer hearing from an owner here in Florida  but will gladly talk with anyone in the country.  I also will be rehabbing two more facilities of the same size.
