Houston Office Building PM rates
Looking at a commercial opportunity but it has been self managed for some time. and so need to understand what the local property management rates are for B+ class commercial office buildings (~55K sq ft with a stated +600K annual gross income and >80% occupied).
A quick google search did not yield anything useful; everyone want you to send information to get a 'customized quote'.
Any input appreciated.
