Ca$h Money Buyer$ seeking to purchase apartments within the next 30-45days. We seek 8 to 300 unit aparments in the Houston Texas area. We want properties that are not listed on Loopnet with value play. We are not retail buyers we want properties that we can add value to and be rewarded. Purchasing with ca$h is our first option.
