Are you trying to buy local?? Do you have 25% to put down??

Are you wanting stabilized, value add??

A,B,C location, A,B,C building??

40 doors mean nothing. That can be a low income rougher area at 500 a door or a higher end area at 1,500 a door. The higher end area would cost more than triple in price due to trading at lower caps.

Your post is way to vague.
