Sprinkler Systems & UCC in Pa.

Ok, I'm totally lost. I can't even get straight answers from the municipalities.

Some tell me that every commercial building needs them. Others say all new construction. Some want sprinklers with every change of use, even if the fire hazard is downgraded (Lumber Warehouse to Steel Warehouse)

With installed sprinkler systems running about $5 @ sq ft, this is a big issue.
