Property Management vs ownership
Hello everyone,
I was wondering is it possible for a commercial real estate company to be both the property manager of the company, and the owner and developer of the property as well? That's what I want my business to be like, and if such a thing does exist what would be the technical lingo or name for this type of. Ompany
