Medical Office Building

My company is in the works to develop a Medical Office Building (15,000q/ft building on a 44,000 sq/ft lot in Chino, CA)  and putting it together with private money. We have managed to obtain owner financing on the land however, the owner has recently placed an addenda to the contract stating we must fully pay off the land before we can build upon it.

Meaning now we must scramble to find an additional lender for the land in order to begin immediate development. (unless there is another way of getting around this)

We have a large network of medical professionals, in addition to discovering a bank who can finance medical professionals up to 97% for their practice.

Is there anyone that may refer me to an experienced developer in the medical field or a lender that deals with new development and construction?

Much Appreciated BP!
