Self Storage Feasibility Consultants

I've got a consultant that I've used in the past to help advise me on feasibility, unit mix, proforma, etc.  However, he is pretty busy lately and difficult to get in touch with.  So, I'm looking to possibly switch for my next project.

I'm wondering if anyone has used Sigel Roush.  He came recommended to me by an architect, and I'm wondering what some of his former clients think.  If you know about Sigel or have one you have been please with, please chime in.
