First Commercial Building

Hello,

I'm pretty new to this website and definitely new to commercial buildings. I live in a small town in MI just south of the Capital. Currently there is a building for sale ($60,000) on our main street, which on the lower level hosts one of the towns most popular bars and on the upper level has 2 apartments that need major renovation. I really don't have much other information than that but I was hoping for some guidance on what to consider when buying a commercial real estate building such as this.

Thank you in advance and sorry for the "newbie" bugging you guys.

I would get a local commercial broker to represent you in this situation. There are soooo many unkowns for u at this point, it's not worth going it alone on your first deal.
