How to get paid putting together a transaction
A bank called me with a REO assisted living facility they had taken back. The bank wanted to get it off their books, I knew someone interested in assisted living facilities. I am in the process of putting the transaction together. What are some ways I could get compensated? What amount would be considered reasonable compensation?
