Trying to Connect with Private Lender
I have a deal that is in place right now. I have over $100k in escrow and I lost a private lender due to the 1031exchange rule due to the seller changed the closing date. I am currently seeking $2.8M to close on a $6.6M deal. The land is worth over $8M and I have signed agreements from national and regional restaurants, retailers, and sport venues to be tenants with strong financials. If you know of anyone or can point me in the right direction as I am looking to close next week. I can disclose information and etc. I do have a construction loan in place once the land is purchase and will take out within 30days. Any help is appreciated.
