Dear Group - I am wondering if there is a way to get Good Commercial Comps without having to Pay Loopnet $175 per month.  Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Couple of quick questions...Are you looking for sale or rental comps? What type of asset are we talking about? Is it in NYC? 

I'm assuming the selling broker does not have any comps since your posting on here. Do you have any relationships with appraisers? They've been very helpful to me in the past.
