Getting my Equity

Hello, I'm Scott from Alabama. I own 5 SFR, two are free and clear with equity of $ 200,000. the other 3 worth $360,000 with equity of $240,000. Total equity of $440,000.00. What are the options of getting the equity out of these properties (without selling) and purchasing a much larger property like a complex, using the equity as a down payment.
