Dealing with violent/threatening tenant?

I have a very argumentative tenant that I need to get rid of. He leases a small industrial suite from me. He is constantly causing trouble, making threats, scaring the neighbors, making messes, and more. I have enough information against him (such as written threats) to be granted a stalking protective order for protection against him. I would also like to evict him from my building for this behavior, but fear that will only increase the threats/violence as soon as he gets notice of this.

If I file for a protective order from this tenant, what becomes of him and his lease? Technically this building is my place of work and he would no longer be allowed to go onto the property if the order is granted.

Is his lease automatically void at that time? Or do I still need to evict him? Is he allowed to come back to the building personally to retrieve his belongings, or can I make somebody else do it?

I don't plan on pursuing any legal consequences for breaking his lease early, I just want to get rid of him. I will freely let him out of his lease.

You might be better taking a commercial real estate litigation attorney to lunch or just paying for an hour of time.

The attorneys generally have case law experience of how these types of things play out with the legal system.

You could also try rocket lawyer or legal zoom.

People on here just can't answer legal type information or they shouldn't be anyways. No legal advice given.
