Fixed rate commercial loans in Ohio?

Hello, Just curious. Is anybody getting 30 year commercial loans with fixed interest rates in Ohio? I found a bank that might do a 30 year fully amortized loan, but at a 5/1 ARM adjustable rate. Thanks
