Refinance For Commercial Property
Hello BP! I brought a small commercial bar/restaurant cash from a auction for a great price that I plan to refinance and lease out. Do anyone have experience doing such refinancing on commercial properties that can walk me through the steps? Also what type of lending institutions should I seek a refinance loan through?
