Q/A Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Firm
I am wanting to personally own commercial real estate, as well as start a commercial real estate brokerage firm. Does anyone have any tips or locations where I can find solid knowledge regarding this path? I will acquire my first residential real estate investment property this year, but to become a big dog I want to open a commerical brokerage firm. This entire perspective is coming from a beginner with very little knowledge on HOW to organize productive start-up steps. Please help me bridge the gap between knowledge and action. Thank you BP!
