Need help on figuring numbers for motel
All my Denver folks!
I am looking for an experienced Commercial Broker in the area to help me run some figures on a small Motel. I am looking to purchase in Fort Collins, but am having difficulty in finding someone up here to help me get some comps, and thus numbers to work with.
