TREC contract for Multi-family Property?

Daniel Yoo
Posted

Does anybody know if TREC specifically has a contract for Multi-family property (4-units+).

I know they have the "One to Four Residential Contract" but I couldn't find one for 4+.

I just found out that there is NO TREC contract for commercial property. Instead, use a TAR (Texas Association of Realtors) Commercial Contract for "Improved Property".

Hope that helps out anybody else who was wondering about this.
